Trip to Munnar

Atlast, after almost an year after our last trip we made a trip to Munnar. It had a thrilling start with Annachi forgetting to bring any id proof and the RPF asking for the minimal identification of "Call a Friend" option. But nobody had his number saved under his name. All had his number saved as Annachi. Chamy came to the rescue.

Reached Dindugal at 3 30 AM. Took a walk from Railway station to Bus Stand. Got a bus to Bodi. We were waiting for the bus to start and we noticed an A/C bus arriving. We changed our plan to board the A/C bus. The driver of the bus helped us decide to board the A/C bus by announcing at the last moment that one of the bus' tyre has got punctured. After we boarded the bus, Arms realized that he missed his wallet from his pants in the old bus. He went back and searched in the wrong bus and came back to find his wallet in the bag. You should have been there to enjoy the moment.
Took a good halt at Bodi for little more than an hour before we boarded the bus to Munnar. It was a good journey surrounded by beautiful sceneries.





After reaching Munnar at around noon, took a cottage refreshed ourself before we started our site-seeing. Started out with the Flower garden. Visited Photo point, Madupatty Dam, Echo Point, Khundala dam and the Top Station. Some pics for you.

The last place that we visited was Top Station. We didnt expect anything before we were there. But this place was awesome! You can see the whole of Theni and Bodi from this place. It has got the height and was surrounded by hills completely. There was one spot where we all took a foto. If we make two steps back from that spot it will be a free fall. The return journey to Ernakulum was equally fun. The return trip also had a twist in its own form by moving 4 out of 6 tickets to "Confirmed" status and the remaining two in Wait list.
Though it was a short trip of two days, we had fun in the way QBoys will have.

New Joiners @ Vadapalani

Hi Friends,

We recently had 10 new members joining us in the Vadapalani house. We bought a new Fish Tank and 5 different pairs of fishes.




Setting up the tank was a good experience. But the sad news is we have got only five of them now :( One succumbed to the environment change the very next day. His pair died hours later. It might sound romantic though! :) One Gold Fish was found dead few days later. One was dead after we came back from Munnar. Yes, we didnt feed them for two days :( One was lost recently.

Hopefully we will buy new fishes to fill the space!

Having a fish tank is cool and guys please make a visit.
